It’s one of those weeks at About Gay Porn Blog. It appears some of the blog posts have content (video, text and pictures) missing after the read more link. Not sure how this happened, but we will try and fix it. If we have to put content back manually it could take forever, so fingers crossed. Unfortunately, sometimes stuff like this happens with upgrades.

There is an issue with some of the older videos, so if you come across blog posts with a bunch of code, instead of the videos, we are aware of it and working to fix it. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you very much for supporting About Gay Porn Blog.
UPDATE: The code is no longer showing, but we are still working on a fix, which might take a few days. Until then, only the videos from the last year or so will be available. Once again, apologies for any inconvenience caused. We have just updated the backend of the blog and sometimes, this causes compatibility issues. If you come across any other bugs on About Gay Porn Blog, please let us know.

There is an issue with some of the older videos on About Gay Porn Blog not playing. There appears to be a conflict with the video plugin we were using for the older videos. Over the weekend we will be working on finding a solution, but it might take a while to fix, because hundreds of videos are affected(just under 900). None of the videos posted this year are affected, only videos posted before Dec 20 2010. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, while we work to fix this issue.

About Gay Porn Blog has a new Facebook page, which we will be working on over the weekend. Obviously, it is Facebook, so we will be keeping it g-rated. There will be updates from this blog as well as some from the other gay porn blogs in the family. We will also use the page to discuss stuff related to gay porn and the industry, so it won’t just be for updates. Please like it, share FB posts on your profile and spread the word. In non gay porn news, AIDS Walk NY 2011 was on Sunday May 15 and brother blog, Black Gay Men’s Blog, was there. It was great to see people of all sexualities united in the fight against HIV and AIDS. Even with all the medical advancements, HIV is still very real and has devastated the black community as well as the gay community. Black Gay Men’s Blog was at AIDS Walk NY 2011 to find out why people walked and what it meant to them. Of course, we all walked as well and had a great time.
If there is an AIDS Walk in your city, consider getting involved. If you have missed it this year, there is always next year. About Gay Porn Blog is pleased to announce the addition of a new member to our family of blogs, Black Gay Mens Blog, a non-porn blog. I decided it was time to give something back to the black gay community for loyally supporting all the blogs for the last 100 years. It was important to me to do something that I was passionate about, whilst addressing the needs of the black gay community. After speaking to a few people about it, I decided I was going to do it openly, without hiding the fact that it was created by the same person, who owns porn blogs. Some saw this as a risk, because of the hypocrisy a lot of people still have towards porn, but my plan has always been to do something beneficial(apart from getting off) with my online audience/following. So, if the fact that Black Gay Mens Blog is owned by someone who also runs adult blogs deters some people, then those are not the kind of people I’m trying to reach anyway. About Gay Porn Blog will be down for a few hours on Tuesday February 1st 2011. We will be busy sucking dick making improvements to the backend of the blog and doing some much needed maintenance and updates. We are aiming to do this early in the morning, when the blog is less busy, so that most of you won’t be affected by the downtime. We have quite a few things to take care of and it will just be easier to shut down the blog for a few hours, while we make the necessary changes.
